November 15 - Astronomy for All: Nebulae
Most of us are familiar with a particular nebula or two because of their surreal shapes and striking colors. But what those celestial Hubble images don’t show is where nebulae come from and what's going on inside the dense gas and dust. After forming in the wake of stellar demise, nebulae eventually become places where new stars are born and develop from the remnants of these past stars. The beginning and end of the stellar life cycle - how do these processes occur? What do the different colors indicate about the activity in a nebula? Explore the stellar birth (and death) place with us, and come prepared to be stunned speechless by these ethereal visuals.

November 22 - Trivia Night: Astro-Mythology
This month’s trivia will revolve around the mythology stories of various cultures, from Greco-Roman to Norse. Questions will be themed after the good, the bad, and the gorgons—and all their misadventures. Study up on your gods and goddesses, and don’t forget to bring your favorite muse!

November 29 - Our Place in Space
This is an extended version of our daily live guided tour of the universe. Journey through our solar system with your own personal tour guide as we explore our little place in space. This live and interactive presentation explores the highlights of the solar system including the sun, planets, moons, and even your favorite dwarf planet (which we assume is Pluto). Great for all ages, audience participation helps to guide the scope of each presentation.
